We just had our SP BP Mentoring 13th Anniversary on 22 Nov Sat.There're always areas which could be done better, but overall, im thankful to everyone who has helped, like My Chairperson, Sze Yee, who always cover the PRs to external parties,GOH Ms Ng the Manager of SAA, VIP Ms Lynda Goh, Mr Lee our officer for Mentoring for gracing the event.. The two secretaries of the day, Lilian and Sharni! You girls r fantastic and helped a lot with the attendance and award listTreasurer Yahya cum catering ic :) Thanks a lot for contacting with that Royal Catering pplsss (must have been so hard to make the orders)The fiesta coordinators for making a fun day for the mentees, Stagecrew for controlling the slides n lightings in the MLT :)Souvenior ics, for the nice n elegant plagues, and LiJia for making the badges (nice!)Performance club SP Chinese Orchestra, Guest performers Afiq, Zupeng n Matthew,Daniel for 'handling' the GOH n VIPs, Representatives and teachers from our mentoring schools,Institutes like TP and NTU,other SP clubs (Leo club n all)Uncle Pang, the 'care-taker for our MLT 1 ( if it's rite it's Multi Lecture Theatre)All the Year 1 helpers who assisted the various departments,Chin Liat the photographer

Haiya, let mi talk a little abt my Overseas Industries Training Programme.
My classmate Sushi n i has opted for e placement at Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences (which is in Shanghai)
We r still at the stage of waiting for the confirmation from the lecturers taking charge. But Mr Goh had mentioned that our chance of going there is "most probably will get it".
It'll be from 2 Mar to 17 apr 09 (7 weeks)
That region is said to be at Xu Jia Hui. I have no idea how the place is like, but based on what i've heard, it shld be urbanised n very city? I also dunno what the place has, how people move ard..
If anyone knows anything about Shanghai, u may like to tell mi more :)
[Oh yes, that will mean that I wouldnt have the chance to go to Australia's Flinders le. But really thanks so much to the Neo's family who welcomed mi if i were to go. Thanks a lot Qiwen jie! (Perhaps i'll be going there in the future when there's opportunity. Thanks Uncle Neo too!]
