2020 歲末

Hi! 

2020 這後半年來，內心經歷了許多很豐富的 emotions, 也像 roller coaster 般一樣, 有上有下。

這段感覺／內心的情感是前所未有的。

我很慶幸 I got to experience these series of emotions, yet without losing myself.

我可以覺得這是天讓我能經歷體驗這些感覺，讓我可以更明白後而更成熟，更可以relate to others! This is a wonderful ability, and bringing my maturity to another level :)

從患得患失，到明白怎樣區分自身的感受vs懂得控制所流露出來的量。

也在學怎樣 ’hold back' (and then selectively release) certain 想法、情緒。

2020 倒數 5天

I feel 心靈上我在往高處前進，內心更堅強，

但也在往下延伸，能更低心，更能感受體會失落的情感。

以前小時候的自己，會覺得30歲的我，應該是位真的很成熟的大人。甚至開始帶有些老氣？滄桑？

但現在自己看自己，會覺得還不全熟，還有許多蠻’嫩’、很未知的事項，並不是通通都懂，做什麼都很有把握。My soul still feels young, unknown, raw!

照這樣看，感覺40歲的我，有可能也是如此！哈哈！

是不是差不多70歲以後，才能在人生上感到得心應手？

I read that it's good that we embrace our own shortcomings and imperfections.

Some can be worked on, some can't be helped. Continue to accept and love ourselves.

I'm also beginning to apprehend the process, and not only value largely on the outcome.

It's the climb! 😀
